ARTICLE I — PUBLIC EDUCATIONAL USE

NeuraPump / Hanlin Academy publicly released songs, lyrics, karaoke videos, lyric animations, educational images, curriculum visuals, and related public educational materials are made available for public educational use.

“Publicly released” means content intentionally published by Hanlin Academy / NeuraPump on official websites, official channels, official downloadable packs, or officially authorized distribution platforms.

Approved public educational uses include:

• Listening and learning

• Family learning

• Classroom playback

• Public school or nonprofit classroom use

• Non-commercial sharing

• Educational commentary and review

• Video embedding for explanation or teaching

• Nonprofit live performances using official versions

• Student projects and learning notes

• Radio and television playback of official versions

• Karaoke participation using official versions

• Community learning events using official versions

No payment or prior application is required for ordinary public educational use, provided the official version is used and attribution is retained where practical.

Ordinary public educational use does not include paid platform integration, paid course packaging, paid app use, commercial redistribution, dataset use, model training, institutional procurement, or any use that repackages Hanlin / NeuraPump content as a paid product.

Required attribution:

Lyrics, curriculum, music, images, and visuals by Hanlin Academy / NeuraPump / Alexander the Great Team @ Global Elites Network.

ARTICLE II — OFFICIAL VERSION ONLY / NO UNAUTHORIZED REMIX

NeuraPump songs are not generic musical works. They are rhythm-coded curriculum units with internally coherent logic, official learning sequence, official rhythm, official timing, classroom alignment, and educational certification integrity.

Official versions may be used freely for learning. Unauthorized remixes are not Hanlin Academy.

Unauthorized remix, modification, re-recording, translation adaptation, AI cover, political repurposing, ideological repackaging, parody, campaign use, propaganda use, or derivative work is prohibited without written authorization.

No Remix is required for four reasons:

First, curriculum logic must remain intact.
NeuraPump lyrics, rhythm, hooks, sequencing, repetition, emotion arc, theory progression, and memory-index structure form a coherent instructional design. Altering them may break conceptual logic, hippocampal indexing, classroom alignment, and learning progression.

Second, school and government adoption require fixed versions.
Schools, districts, education departments, nonprofit programs, certification bodies, and classroom assessment systems require fixed, reviewable, version-locked content. Unauthorized changes damage classroom consistency, institutional approval, curriculum review, and assessment validity.

Third, official Hanlin / NeuraPump websites must remain the single source of truth.
Parents, teachers, schools, broadcasters, karaoke venues, public institutions, and platform partners must be able to identify the official version with confidence. Public access is open, but the official version must remain stable, traceable, and authoritative.

Fourth, unauthorized political, extremist, vulgar, defamatory, unlawful, or harmful use must be fully separated from Hanlin Academy.
A remix, adaptation, parody, AI cover, re-voice, campaign version, protest version, ideological version, or defamatory version may create serious legal, institutional, reputational, child-safety, or school-adoption risk. Such use is not Hanlin.

• AI voice cloning

• Re-voicing

• Re-dubbing

• Translation adaptation

• Parody presented as related to Hanlin / NeuraPump

• Political repurposing

• Ideological repackaging

• Campaign use

• Protest use

• Propaganda use

• Repackaging as a course, product, app, or platform

• Combining Hanlin / NeuraPump content with harmful, extremist, discriminatory, sexual, violent, defamatory, unlawful, vulgar, or child-inappropriate content

Any unauthorized remix, modification, re-recording, translation adaptation, parody, political use, ideological use, campaign use, protest use, propaganda use, defamatory use, extremist use, or derivative work is not endorsed by, affiliated with, approved by, sponsored by, or representative of Hanlin Academy, NeuraPump, Global Elites Network, or Alexander the Great Team.

Hanlin Academy is responsible only for official versions released through official websites, official channels, officially authorized platforms, or written authorization.

Unauthorized derivative works are the sole responsibility of their creators, publishers, uploaders, distributors, performers, and users.

Official versions are Hanlin. Unauthorized remixes are not Hanlin.

ARTICLE III — VOICE, RECORDING, AND KARAOKE RIGHTS RESERVED

Official recordings, voices, vocal performances, AI voices, instrumental tracks, stems, karaoke timing, subtitles, word-level timing, syllable timing, beat alignment, color-changing lyric timing, animated lyric synchronization, LRC files, SRT files, ASS files, JSON timing files, and app synchronization data are protected educational assets.

Allowed without separate authorization:

• Playing official recordings for learning

• Classroom use of official audio/video

• Family learning

• Nonprofit group singing using official materials

• Karaoke participation using official karaoke versions

• Commentary or review using short excerpts or embedded official versions with attribution

• Radio and television playback of official versions

• Non-commercial community playback of official versions

Requires written authorization:

• Re-recording NeuraPump songs

• Publishing covers or AI covers

• Voice cloning

• Voice model training

• Commercial audio distribution

• Paid performance use

• Training voice models

• Re-dubbing official songs

• Rebuilding karaoke timing

• Rebuilding word-level timing

• Using official audio in apps, games, paid courses, commercial products, platform products, or commercial education systems

• Extracting vocals, stems, or isolated audio assets for commercial reuse

• Using official stems in any third-party music product

The sound layer is part of the curriculum standard. It may not be altered without approval.

ARTICLE IV — IMAGE AND VISUAL USE

Hanlin / NeuraPump / NeuraGraph public images may be shown, embedded, cited, and explained for educational, commentary, nonprofit, classroom, and non-commercial learning purposes.

Allowed uses include:

• Classroom display

• Student projects

• Video commentary

• Article citation

• Educational analysis

• Non-commercial sharing

• Family learning

• Teacher-created lesson discussion using the full image

• Nonprofit educational presentation using official visuals

Attribution is required where practical:

Image source: Hanlin Academy / NeuraPump / NeuraGraph.

If the image already contains Hanlin / NeuraPump / NeuraGraph marks, users should retain them and should not intentionally remove them.

Users may not crop, erase, watermark over, distort, extract, or repackage Hanlin / NeuraPump / NeuraGraph images in a way that removes attribution, misrepresents source, damages curriculum meaning, or creates a competing commercial product.

ARTICLE V — HANLIN CHARACTER IP LIBRARY

Original Hanlin characters, monsters, tiger cubs, NeuraPump / NeuraGraph world-model figures, visual mascots, symbolic creatures, and related character designs belong to the Hanlin Academy IP Character Library.

Non-commercial learning, teaching, commentary, and personal fan creation are generally allowed, provided attribution is retained and the use does not misrepresent affiliation.

Written authorization is required for:

• Commercial merchandise

• Toys

• Stickers for sale

• Paid games

• Paid apps

• Commercial animation

• Brand mascots

• Product packaging

• Commercial courses

• Publishing projects

• Paid character packs

• Standalone extraction of Hanlin characters for commercial use

• Trademark registration or brand identity use

• Character licensing

• Character-based AI agents

• Character-based AI companions

• Any use that suggests official partnership, endorsement, or authorization

Whole-image educational use is open. Standalone character commercialization requires authorization.

ARTICLE VI — SCHOOL, DISTRICT, GOVERNMENT, AND CERTIFICATION USE

Schools, districts, education departments, government programs, textbook publishers, certification bodies, and institutional curriculum providers must use official versions only.

Formal adoption, textbook integration, district-wide deployment, education-department projects, certification alignment, official classroom assessment use, school-system procurement, or institutional curriculum integration may require a separate written agreement.

Official educational use must retain:

• Original lyrics

• Original melody

• Original rhythm

• Approved karaoke timing

• Approved word-level timing

• Approved subtitle timing

• Approved visual-lyric synchronization

• Approved image versions

• Attribution and source integrity

• Official content sequence where applicable

This protects classroom consistency, curriculum alignment, assessment validity, institutional compliance, child safety, and certification integrity.

ARTICLE VII — COMMERCIAL USE

Commercial use requires written authorization or a Commercial Integration License.

Commercial uses include but are not limited to:

• Paid apps

• Paid games

• Commercial courses

• Subscription products

• Print publications

• Merchandise

• Toys

• Paid streaming products

• Commercial audio or video releases

• Platform integration

• School-system procurement

• Official textbook adoption

• Commercial AI tutor products

• Commercial dashboards or analytics products

• Use of Hanlin characters as commercial IP

• Commercial karaoke products

• Commercial learning management systems

• Paid educational packages

• Paid classroom systems

• Paid institutional deployment

• Paid certification or assessment products

• Commercial use of timing files, subtitles, stems, vocals, or synchronization data

Incidental platform monetization for commentary, review, news discussion, educational explanation, family learning clips, classroom explanation, karaoke participation, or learning-related discussion may be permitted if the use is transformative commentary or ordinary platform sharing, retains attribution where practical, does not repackage Hanlin content as a paid product, and does not alter official songs, audio, rhythm, lyrics, timing, images, or character identity.

Platform ad revenue from commentary, review, family learning clips, classroom explanation, karaoke participation, or educational discussion is not automatically treated as prohibited commercial use, provided Hanlin content is not the primary paid product and the official version is not modified.

ARTICLE VIII — PAID UTILITY LAYER / PLATFORM TOOLS

The following tools and platform modules are not covered by public educational use:

• Individual testing modules

• Precision rhythm drills

• Family dashboards

• Learning analytics

• Leaderboard sync

• Custom playlists

• AI tutor integrations

• NeuraGraph production tools

• LearningOS modules

• Super App modules

• Assessment engines

• Internal automation systems

• Commercial GEN platform utilities

• Word-level synchronization engines

• Karaoke timing production tools

• Brain-bridge reports

• Student progress ledgers

• Personalized learning dashboards

• Institutional deployment tools

• Commercial API access

• Commercial reporting systems

These are proprietary unless separately released under a written license.

Free educational song access does not imply free use of platform tools.

ARTICLE IX — AI TRAINING, DATASET, AND MODEL USE RESERVED

No Hanlin / NeuraPump lyrics, audio, vocals, stems, karaoke timing, subtitles, word-level timing, syllable timing, beat alignment, color-changing lyric timing, images, characters, animations, curriculum visuals, learning data, or synchronization metadata may be used to train, fine-tune, evaluate, benchmark, embed into, or build AI models, datasets, voice models, image models, music models, educational agents, recommendation systems, commercial learning systems, or synthetic media systems without written authorization.

Prohibited without written authorization:

• Training music models

• Training voice models

• Training image models

• Training video models

• Training lyric generation models

• Training educational AI tutors

• Fine-tuning language models using Hanlin lyrics or curriculum

• Building datasets from Hanlin content

• Scraping Hanlin websites for AI training

• Using Hanlin timing data for karaoke or speech-alignment model training

• Using Hanlin characters for character LoRA, AI companion models, or visual identity models

• Using Hanlin / NeuraPump content in commercial recommendation systems

Public educational access is not permission for AI training.

ARTICLE X — FREE BROADCAST, KARAOKE, AND SOCIAL DISTRIBUTION

Hanlin Academy encourages broad educational distribution of official NeuraPump songs.

Radio stations, television stations, public broadcasters, karaoke venues, schools, libraries, family learning groups, nonprofit organizations, and community learning events may play official NeuraPump songs and official karaoke videos free of charge for public educational, cultural, family-learning, nonprofit, or non-commercial community use, provided the official versions are used, attribution is retained where practical, and the content is not altered, remixed, re-recorded, re-timed, re-voiced, or repackaged as a paid product.

Individual users, parents, students, teachers, creators, channels, and MCNs may use official NeuraPump songs as background music in non-harmful personal, educational, family, commentary, review, classroom, karaoke, or learning-related videos, including ordinary platform-monetized videos, provided the use is not a paid music product, does not alter the song, retains attribution where practical, and does not imply official endorsement.

This policy is designed to support:

• Family learning

• Tiger-cub performance

• Classroom discussion

• Public educational playback

• Karaoke participation

• Social sharing

• Parent-child learning

• Nonprofit educational broadcasting

• Community learning culture

Free broadcast and karaoke use does not include permission to remix, re-record, clone voices, alter timing, extract stems, rebuild karaoke systems, train AI models, package Hanlin content into commercial products, or imply official affiliation.

ARTICLE XI — NO MISREPRESENTATION / NO FALSE AFFILIATION

Users may not imply that their remix, adaptation, commentary, product, course, channel, publication, app, platform, AI agent, karaoke product, school program, institutional project, or derivative work is officially endorsed by Hanlin Academy, NeuraPump, GEN, or Alexander the Great Team unless written authorization has been granted.

Unauthorized derivative works must not use Hanlin / NeuraPump marks in a way that suggests official approval.

Official version is Hanlin. Unauthorized remix is not Hanlin.

ARTICLE XII — CHILD-SAFE AND ETHICAL USE

Hanlin / NeuraPump content is designed for children, families, and educational environments.

Users may not combine Hanlin / NeuraPump content with:

• Explicit sexual content

• Violence or gore

• Hate speech

• Extremist content

• Political propaganda

• Defamatory content

• Harmful challenges

• Child exploitation

• Gambling promotion

• Alcohol promotion

• Nicotine promotion

• Drug promotion

• Commercial manipulation of children

• Fraudulent educational claims

• Unsafe children’s activities

• Any use likely to block school, district, nonprofit, government, or education-department adoption

Hanlin Academy reserves the right to require removal of uses that damage child safety, educational trust, curriculum integrity, family trust, public reputation, or institutional adoption.

ARTICLE XIII — ENFORCEMENT

Violations may result in:

• Platform takedown requests

• DMCA notices

• Public clarification of non-affiliation

• Revocation of use privileges

• IP enforcement

• Commercial licensing claims

• Legal action when necessary

Hanlin Academy prefers peaceful resolution and good-faith correction whenever possible.

Legal venue and dispute resolution may be governed by the State of New York unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

ARTICLE XIV — PHILOSOPHY

We believe music heals.
We believe learning should not feel like punishment.
We believe children deserve songs they will remember for life.
We believe speed-learning and joy can coexist.
We believe public educational access matters.
We believe open use must protect curriculum integrity.
We believe official rhythm matters.
